A woman's East Shield received with open eyes under a full moon at a mountain lake. Spirit handed down three visions: a peace pipe with a wolf (totem of teachers), an eagle, and a bear, representing her three paths to enlightenment.

I made this shield on a vacation/retreat with a girlfriend. We spent a magical day in a high mountain meadow. The sky was full of messages and visions. No one else seemed to notice them. My friend remarked, "Did you see the Tee shirt on that backpacker? It said, "When all is said and done, all there is, is one."
I hopped up and down. "That's it! That's my shield message!"
